Dr. David Hill has worked in a wide variety of settings including psychiatric hospitals, community health clinics, drug treatment clinics, and within the juvenile justice system. Dr. Hill has worked with patients at ages throughout the lifespan and from various cultural and economic backgrounds. Specifically, Dr. Hill is skilled at working with individuals from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Dr. Hill has been trained in psychodynamic, cognitive/behavioral, and various other theories. It is his belief that the treatment should be tailored specifically to the needs of the patient and that each patient is an expert regarding their lived experience and personal challenges.
